Doing My Research

Thanks for the post from Barney Crosby

The home security ontario offerings are pretty fair. I have been checking out information about home security systems the last few weeks. I have looked at everything from how they protect the house to what price I can get the services for. I am not sure I could recite the information, but I definitely feel like I can better make a decision since I actually know what I would be paying for! Seems like what I would pay would be very worth it since it would help me relax about leaving our house unattended for long periods of time. I mean, think about how long you are away from your house during the day while you are at work. You spend all day at work and would have no way of knowing someone was breaking into your house until someone else reported it or until you got home. I hate that idea. It definitely has been bothering me recently. I will be glad to have a security system installed at our house to avoid anything like that happening. I just wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting into.

Carnage

Polanski's latest effort, Carnage, is a sharp dialogue driven character study that will test your patience, will slightly annoy you, but still finds a way to make you laugh. Parents will truly find this piece enjoyable as it's something we've all experienced at one time or another: the questioning of one's parenting skills and the judgment we face in the eyes of other parents.

The film stars Jodie Foster, Kate Winslet, Christoph Waltz, and John C. Reilly in one of his best roles to date. They're all great in this movie although Winslet and Foster overact at times. The true standout is John C. Reilly. His portrayal of the slightly off kilter husband is pitch perfect and the one I related to most.

Carnage is definitely something I would suggest as one of 2011's best character pieces and features some excellent dialogue between parents on both sides of the fence.
